As proud player sponsor of Old Tauntonian Tom Abell, we were invited to the last match of the season to meet the players and receive a signed playing shirt. Five junior cricketers were invited to attend the event and were lucky enough to not only meet Tom and chat all things cricket and Taunton School, but also to take part in a quiz with Tom on their team.

The evening was an excellent opportunity to see where hard work and dedication can get you, with the right attitude and approach. Tom is an excellent role model and for young aspiring athletes. The students thoroughly enjoyed the event and are keen to get back to the County Ground as players as soon as they can!
