Year 13 student Anthony has impressively performed 66 recitals and raised over £12,000 for the DEC Ukraine Appeal. He has been honoured with a number of awards for his efforts.

Anthony’s UNICEF Grand Tour is well underway as he visited a number of places in Europe this summer. He chose UNICEF, as it is the largest multinational charity working with Ukrainian refugees. Rather than go on the Tour using an expensive Interrail Pass, Anthony decided it was more economical and feasible to fly to each country from Bristol via EasyJet or Ryanair. Rather than the originally proposed six countries, he now intends to double that to twelve countries.

Here are details of the European leg of his tour:

On Saturday 5th August, Anthony performed two recitals in the lobby lounge of the Hotel Adlon Kempinski, Berlin and was greatly appreciated by the guests.

On Thursday 24th August, Anthony performed a recital in the lobby lounge of The Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera, where the manager had invited all his staff to attend. Camille Fidele, Deputy Director of Sales stated: ‘The Sofitel Le Scribe Paris Opera team is grateful for the beautiful musical moment Anthony offered us last week. We wish Anthony a very successful future!’

Anthony is booked to perform on Wednesday 25th October at Albergo Cavalletto e Doge Orseolo, San Marco, one of the oldest hotels in Venice, opening in 1308.
