On Friday 19th September, our five Heads of School took part in a dynamic student leadership conference hosted by Wells Cathedral School. Joined by peers from across the South West, they explored the art of effective networking and took part in a series of practical workshops.

Sessions focused on key leadership skills including public speaking, chairing and leading meetings, managing priorities, and navigating difficult conversations. It was a valuable opportunity for our students to reflect, connect, and grow in confidence as leaders.

They returned inspired and energised, brimming with ideas to enhance student life and leadership back at school.
