On Sunday 29th October, in recognition of his charity work, Anthony had the amazing opportunity to perform with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, on the AYM Awards Day, at Maida Vale Studios, along with several other young award winners.

Anthony was chosen as the leader of the second violins, and was positioned just in front of the conductor. At the end of a day of rehearsals and a workshop, the young people, together with the BBC Symphony Orchestra, put on a concert of Smetana’s Vltava and Humperdinck’s Hansel and Gretel Overture. At the end of the concert, Anthony was delighted when the conductor leant over and congratulated him personally.

Anthony is really looking forward to the Baltic leg of his sponsored UNICEF Grand Tour, from Monday 11th December till Saturday 16th. He’s booked to perform in Grand Hotel Kempinski Riga on Monday 11th December; and Grand Hotel Kempinski Vilnius on Thursday 14th December.

He chose to support UNICEF, as it’s the largest international charity that helps children in conflict zones, like Gaza and Ukraine. He’s now increased his fundraising target to £20,000. You can sponsor him here.

Congratulations to Anthony on all his achievements over the past year.
