Fairwater students and staff took part in their annual Jaywalk last weekend where they trekked for over 20km across the Blackdown Hills to raise money for Rock2Recovery, Cancer Research, and former student Charlie Way.

Fairwater student, Ethan, said: “The trek was not just a test of endurance and resilience, but also a chance to come together as a team and raise money for three incredible causes. After hours of walking through winding woodland paths, open fields, country lanes and steep hills, we showed how great community effort can help achieve great things. Credit to all who engaged with the walk and huge thanks to all who donated to the worthy causes. We have currently raised £1500 and still counting. Already looking forward to next year!”

Well done to everyone involved!
