A huge well done to Year 12 students Daisy and Amarra who achieved Taunton School’s best ever result at the recent Oxford Schools’ Debating Finals!

Both students participated in four debates throughout the day, competing against twelve other schools and achieving first place in the third debate which placed us a full 20 spots higher in the rankings compared to last year!

Daisy and Amarra came away having ranked higher than some incredibly prestigious schools across the UK and having given some truly exceptional performances.
