Students from Taunton School raced at the Swim England South West Regional Championships over recent weekends and performed extremely well.

James (Yr 9), George (Yr 10), Sami (Yr 13) and Libby (Yr 11) raced at the Youth Championships over the first May Bank Holiday weekend; all four qualified for finals in various events, with new best times achieved and podium places for Libby 🥇 and Sami 🥉

Jake (Yr 8), Tom (Yr 8), Rebecca (Yr 8), Henry (Yr 5) and Cameron (Yr 8) raced at the Age Group Championships over two weekends. All five achieved lifetime best times, with several amazing final swims and Rebecca earning a spot on the podium 🥉. Even more impressive were the reflections on the videos of their heat swims; these lead to refined race plans in finals, and the additional speed they needed to be successful.
