March has been an extremely fruitful month for our swimming students, not only competing in the prestigious Bath Cup, but also picking up medals and trophies at the ASA County Championships.

Libby Jones finished with two silver medals and three Gold Medals in the 100m Freestyle, 200m and 400m Freestyle and was also awarded overall Junior Somerset Champion. Izzy also won a Silver Medal in the 50m Fly and a Bronze Medal in the 100m Freestyle, following her training and racing in Portugal in February as part of The South West Swimming Team where she and her relay team finished with a Bronze Medal. Frankie Hanson was also awarded 400m Individual Medley County Champion as well as finishing with Silver Medals in the 100m and 200m Fly and 50m Breastroke, a Bronze Medal in the 50m Freestyle and three Gold Medals in the 400m Freestyle, 100m Breastroke and 400m Individual Medley.

Leo Burns finished with two Gold Medals in the 200m and 400m Individual Medley, three Silver Medals in the 200m Fly, 800m Freestyle and 200m Breastroke and Bronze Medals in the 50m Breastroke and 100m Butterfly. Josie Hanson finished with a Gold Medal in the 400m Individual Medley and a Bronze Medal in the 200m Breastroke. Ronan Hill finished with Bronze medals in the 400m Freestyle and 100m Butterfly. Sami Hallett finished with a Silver Medal in the 400m Freestyle, Tom Barnett with a Bronze Medal in the 200m Individual Medley, and Katie Sercombe with a Silver Medal in the 400m Individual Medley.
