This season Girls’ football has gone from strength to strength, building on the foundations from last season and developing as a squad. In September we were lucky to be able to unearth a lot of fresh talent, with representation from right across the school (and of course TSI). Despite facing difficult opponents, we improved every game– notably, ending the season with a 3-1 win against a team that we lost to in September. Stellar individual performances from Carolina in linking up the midfield, Madeleine up front with a worldie free kick goal and Jasmine winning an impressive keeper 1v1 were highlights, but the team as a whole has advanced significantly with much potential for next year.
