TSI have been getting into the festive spirit this month with a Gingerbread competition.

Whilst some focused on starting their intricate designs using icing and a selection of sweets and chocolate, others got straight to constructing their houses. Whilst some balanced roofs precariously on walls, others got imaginative and used their gingerbread house kits to make a nativity scene instead.

We saw some fantastic designs on all the houses including chocolate button tiled roofs, chocolate covered pretzel windows and sprinkle string lights. With the help of some cups for support, all but one of the houses stayed standing, whilst one was ‘caught in a blizzard’ and sadly collapsed.

The winners – Leonie, Anka, Helene and Bohdan – then entered their winning houses into the MFL Gingerbread competition to represent Foxcombe East and West.
