At the beginning of February, Taunton School students got involved with ‘Raising and Giving Week’, an initiative set out to raise money for several charities over a week of different activities. This included a lip-sync battle evening, gunging their teachers, fancy dress social and a lively debate.

Over the course of the week the students raised over £3,500 to split across several different charities. There was also an additional Silly Socks Day to raise money for Turkey-Syria Earthquake Appeal.
