Ben Thomas, Director of Rugby, is excited to have introduced a girls’ rugby 7s team to Taunton School. The team have been training together since the start of the year and had their first match fixture this month. It was the first time that Taunton School has ever played a girls’ rugby fixture in the 175 year history of the school.

The U16 team played Millfield for the historic event. It’s safe to say they played with a smile on their faces and thoroughly enjoyed their first competitive match. We’re excited to see what’s in store for this new team next!
