Students at the Grange had a fun-filled final week of term celebrating in the lead up to the Christmas holidays. The week started with a trip to Bristol to see this year’s pantomime, Peter Pan, at the Bristol Hippodrome. It was enjoyed by all, which was shown by the students singing the songs all the way home!

The singing continued with the TSIMS annual Christmas Music Morning hosted at The Grange. Guests from Kingston Village were invited to come along and listen to some of our fantastic musicians perform as well as join us in singing classic Christmas carols. The Music Morning ended with a performance of the 12 Days of Christmas by all students and staff whilst guests enjoyed mulled wine and mince pies. It was a brilliant morning that put everyone in the festive mood.

The week ended with Christmas Jumper Day and a Christmas Party. Students donned their best Christmas jumpers and accessories in order to raise money for Save the Children. The Christmas party consisted of numerous games including tinsel limbo, guess the drink and, the student’s favourite, wrap the tutor. The party ended with the exchanging of gifts for Secret Santa. An overall brilliant end to the term that got everyone ready for Christmas.
