Year 5 enjoyed a gloriously sunny day out in Bristol, exploring the city’s involvement in transatlantic slavery and celebrating the Bristolians, and the enslaved people who fought for its abolition. They also explored The New Room, to learn all about John Wesley and his links with slavery in the mid-late 1700s.
