Prep School pupils in year 3 and 4 have had an extra focus on mental health as part of National Children’s Mental Health Week (6th-12th February). 

Activities have included mindful walks, yoga sessions, making zentangle hands and their own positive thinking caps. The pupils joined in with a live storytelling session from Settle Stories, with a focus on helping children to connect with others in healthy and rewarding ways, being an individual, being brave and appreciating what we have.
