Congratulations to two of our Year 8 pupils, Finley Beviss and Dexter Middleton-Smith, who recently won the Taunton Deane Youth Football League Cup Final!

Hosted at Taunton Town’s Wordsworth Drive with their football team, Bishops Lydeard Youth U13s, Finley and Dexter helped to lead their team to success.

The team were commended for their unity on the pitch, demonstrating teamwork and also their sportsmanship at the end of the game, for consoling the opposition players before celebrating their title victory. A fantastic achievement and a day which will live long in the memory.
