Year 4 had an incredibly exciting day at the Bristol Zoo Project, perfectly complementing their cross-curricular studies in Geography and Science.

The weather was wonderfully cooperative, contrary to the forecast. The pupils attended an engaging rainforest talk followed by an interactive workshop. They also explored products from the rainforest, discussed the impacts of deforestation, and learned about fair trade.

After a brief lunch break, the pupils had the opportunity to explore various habitat zones throughout the zoo, observing a diverse array of animals in their adapted environments. It was a fantastic day for everyone involved!
