Well done to three fabulous young singers in Year 7 who competed in the regional ‘Taunton Young Singer’ competition. They each had to prepare a professional-standard programme of songs of up to 8 minutes to be performed in front of an audience and an external adjudicator and were in competition with 10 other singers regionally.

The competition is part of the Taunton Festival of the Arts, highlighting the “best of the best”.

Esme, Kayra and Maddie performed brilliantly, with Maddie achieving a special mention (Highly Commended) from the adjudicator! Well done!
