Work continues to progress well on our two new boarding houses, with noticeable changes taking place almost every day.

🏡 Roofing works are advancing steadily, with insulation and metal roof sheets now being lifted into place. Once the building is fully weather-tight, internal plasterboarding will begin.
🏡 Bricklayers are continuing to build the superstructure, and most of the doors and windows have now been installed. Inside, first fix mechanical and electrical works are ongoing, including electrical cabling and pipework. 
🏡 Internal wall boarding and fire-stopping measures are also progressing well.
🏡 Drainage works and service connections are now getting underway. Installation of the mains electrical cable and main drainage connections is scheduled for the autumn.
