Busy January for TSIMS
Since returning to Taunton School International Middle School (TSIMS) the students have enjoyed a variety of trips.
First, the students practised their teamwork, communication and detective skills at Mendip Activity Centre where they participated in several activities that required them to problem-solve and crack the code. They tested their bravery as they took on the heights at Clip and Climb. Finally, some of the students enjoyed a return trip to Flip Out where they bounced and showed off their acrobatic abilities.
This month the students at TSIMS celebrated Chinese New Year with their Chinese peers. Miss Badby ran a Kahoot quiz based on Chinese New Year, the juniors helped decorate the dining room ready for the celebration and with the help of some of the Chinese students, Miss Conway prepared and cooked some pork and ginger dumplings for all of the students to enjoy!
Finally, well done to Masha for representing Taunton Volleyball Club and coming 2nd place in a volleyball tournament held at Horndean Technology College last Sunday.
