Congratulations to Year 8 student, Bella who was selected to compete for Team GB at the European Championships in Turkey. It was a fantastic experience for Bella, competing with Europe’s best Pentathletes. She enjoyed the experience and competed incredibly well. Some of her results were as follows:

Laser Run: Bella was 15th in Europe.

U17 Mixed Gender Relay: 5th Overall.

Triathle: In the U17 Individual category, Bella was 14th of 29 athletes.

Triathle relay: Bella and her team came 4th. Team GB narrowly missed out on a bronze medal.

Biathle: In the U17 Individual category, Bella was 19th of 30 athletes and the 6th GB athlete.

Bella also recently competed at a fencing competition at Castle School. This was a new experience for Bella and despite that, she did incredibly well! She competed in the Senior Open Female Championship and the U18 Mixed Gender Junior Competition. She placed 11th in the Senior Open and 6th in the U18 and was crowned 2nd female in the Junior Competition. Well done Bella!
