Year 5 pupils have been enjoying Forest School lessons as they took part in activities linked to their class text, ‘Kensuke’s Kingdom’.

The children were asked to show empathy towards the main character, Michael, who has been stranded on a desert island. They had to show all the elements of the TPS mission statements as they worked as a team to create a den that Micheal could have lived in.

The children worked excellently together and can now sign off a section of their Otter Award.
