TSIMS Enjoys Spooky Fun for Halloween
Before students returned home for the half term, TSIMS became spooky for a fun afternoon of Halloween games. Students and staff put in lots of effort to dress up as Shrek, their favourite anime characters, and even a dinosaur.
The afternoon began with a game of Haribo pong, but the fun and laughter really began when students from each tutor group competed in eating a doughnut off a string without their hands. Everyone cheered each other on as they ate the doughnuts as fast as they could. Next up, each tutor group wrapped a person up as a mummy. There were some excellent entries, some mummies even sporting sunglasses and hats.
The afternoon ended with the two messiest challenges, the first needing the competitor to find jelly babies in a bowl of flour using just their mouths and the second, apple bobbing. Both games had everyone cheering and laughing at the sight of flour-covered faces and hair. Everyone had a great time laughing and bonding with each other and eating lots of sweets!
