Year 13 BTEC Business are proud to announce the launch of their Olympic themed charity evening on Friday 24th May 2024. To help us celebrate the evening, we will have special guests Jason Gardener, Darren Campbell, Mark Lewis-Francis, and Christian Malcolm to speak about their GB 4x100m men’s relay team gold medal winning experience from Athens 2004.

Josh McAree and Eva Merrick (13 BTEC Business) will be acting as lead hosts, meeting, and greeting guests and directing waiting and bar staff throughout the evening.

Mr Robert Gallimore (History), will be running the charity auction, with prizes including signed sports memorabilia, hotel experiences and alcohol tasting days amongst other prizes, that can be bid for on the evening. All monies raised will contribute toward a BTEC Scholarship for a student in academic year 2024/25.

A 3-course sit down dinner menu with wine options will be served; vegetarian options will be available. Choices can be made ahead of the evening.

Individual tickets will be £65, a table of 10 guests will be £600 and there will be further information about VIP tables released in due course. Tickets will be available from TicketSource from next week.
