The 8th of March is International Women’s Day across the world, and students had fun celebrating it at Taunton School. Year 12 student, Darcy, organised a teatime concert with a focus on celebrating music that has been written, performed or inspired by women.

Darcy is currently studying the IB programme in the Sixth Form and used the event as part of her CAS (creativity, activity, service) project. It was a wonderful event celebrating women in music throughout the ages. Well done Darcy!
