This year’s Channel Titans, made up of 18 pupils, have successfully completed three relay swims of the English Channel as part of the Red, Pink and Blue Team. This is a remarkable achievement and they follow in the wake of more than 100 Channel Titans before them who have completed the challenge over the last ten years.

Perhaps even more significant than the feat itself is that every year the swimmers involved range from impressive, determined athletes, already competing at a very high level, to those for whom a couple of lengths of the pool were a challenge when they started the programme.

Adding to this already exceptional achievement, this group of students has now raised more than £13,500 for Taunton charity, Compass Wellbeing.

We could not be prouder of every Channel Titan who has completed this incredible challenge. Well done!
