TSIMS Pupils Enjoy Sightseeing in London
TSIMS set off for their annual trip to London in June. The first day started with a ride on the London Eye. The students enjoyed seeing the sights as they made it to the top of the eye where they got the best view of some of London’s iconic buildings.
Next, they were off to the London Dungeons where the students got to learn about London’s terrifying history which left them screaming!
The day was rounded off at the West End where students got to watch Back to the Future. Everyone loved the show, some even buying shirts to remember their time.
On day two, TSIMS got to see more of London with a walking tour that took them past the Houses of Parliament and Buckingham Palace. They then went to the Natural History Museum where groups went head to head in a scavenger hunt to see who could find the most things.
Despite the rain, the day finished with a cruise along the Thames to get a closer look at the buildings that surround it.
The final day brought a much-awaited trip to Thorpe Park. The roller coasters were worth the wait for most, while others chose to enjoy the amusements and win giant teddies.
