Join Our Summer Athletic Development Camp
We’re excited to invite your child to our Youth Pre-Season Athletic Development Camp – A structured programme designed to help young athletes (ages 13-18) start the season strong, confident, and injury-free.
Key focuses include:
– Certified Coaches: All sessions led by qualified youth coaches who prioritise correct technique and injury prevention
– Fundamental Movement Skills: Developing coordination, balance, and agility through games and drills
– Age-Appropriate Strength & Power Work: Building strength using safe, progressive methods
– Speed & Agility: Improving speed and change of direction in a fun, competitive environment
– Injury Prevention: Teaching good movement habits and recovery strategies
– Fitness Development: Enhancing overall conditioning in a sport-related way
Led by qualified coaches in a positive, athlete-first environment, this camp is ideal for youth involved in any sport looking to gain a physical and mental edge before competition begins.
